May 16th : Athlete Check-in

For all division.
Scheduled to start in the afternoon
All backstage passes, etc. will only be accepted on the 16th.
There is no athlete check-in on the day of the contest.

  • Contest Entry Requirements
    Must have competed in an open regional show by the time of the event (except Novice & Masters classes).
    Please note that Natural Regional entries are not included in the conditions.
  • The athletes from outside Japan must follow the rules of your home country. IFBB Pro League Pro Qualifier Rules
  • Registration Fee: 200 USD per category
  • About Backstage Pass
    Register your backstage pass along with your entry registration.
    One Backstage pass: 150 USD
    Two Backstage passes: 300 USD
    Up to 2 per athlete.
    Additional backstage pass will be available for purchase on May 16th at the time of athlete check in at 25,000 Japanese yen.
    Receive your backstage pass at the Athlete check-in on 16th May. No backstage pass request is accepted on the day of the event.
  • Backstage we have a pump up space.(Dumbbells, bench, cable cross machine)
  • Routine Poses:
    Women’s Physique, Classic Physique, and Bodybuilding athletes will be asked to do a 30 seconds poising routine to a music prepared by us.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the venue.
    A fine will be imposed if found.
  • No refunds can be made after payment related to the contest. Please register carefully.
  • 【About Oil Up】
    Baby oil and other oils are prohibited.
    Vaseline and moisturizers are allowed as long as they are not excessive. (If excessive, it is against the rules.)
  • 【Tanning service】

    • No tanning services available at the event venue. Please contact below OFFICIAL tanning vendors for your tanning reservation and the detail information. Please be cautious not to damage the venue by your tanning and oils. If you get your tanning service done with one of our official vendors below, you will receive the tanning certificate from them. Please bring it with you and submit it at the athlete check-in.
    Self-tanning on the day of the event is prohibited.
    It is prohibited by the venue.
    Players who tarnish the venue will be subject to hefty fines.
