注意事項

注意事項.1	Tokyo Pro が開催されるベルサール渋谷ガーデンでは、26日（土）全日及び、27日（日）お昼過ぎまでは、NPC Worldwide リージョナルショー が開催されており、また26日27日両日ともにフィットネスエキスポを開催しているため、会場内には非常にたくさんの方が行き来しております。ゆとりを持って行動してただくようお願い致します。
注意事項.2	選手ゼッケンは26日のプロミーティング時にお渡しします。紛失しないようお願いいたします。
注意事項.3	カラーリングは会場内にはございません。カラーリングを行う場合は、FWJ指定のカラーリング業者のみ使用が可能です。予約等は直接指定業者にお問合せください。 ～ベルサール渋谷ガーデンに近い場所に宿泊されるプロ選手の方～ オフィシャルカラーリングサロン『Vogue』が ベルサール渋谷ガーデン徒歩3分圏内で 8/25,26,27 3日間 施術を行います。（詳細については予約時にお答えします）
注意事項.4	コンテストは「Bikini」「Men’s Physique」「Classic Physique」の順番で行われ、いずれも「フリーポーズ（posing routine）」「比較審査（judging）」の順番で行われます
注意事項.5	フリーポーズ（posing routine）は一人1分の持ち時間があります。
注意事項.6	出場プロ1名に対し「バックステージサポート1名」「観戦チケットA席1枚」が無料で付いています。 バックステージサポート用ネックストラップ及びリストバンド、観戦チケット及びリストバンドは27日のプロミーティング時にお渡しします。無くさないようお願いいたします。
注意事項.7	バックステージサポート1名は、パンプアップサポート要員でも、カメラマンでも構いません。追加でバックステージにサポート要員を入れたい場合は、27日のチェックイン時に現金10,000円（税込）をお支払いいただき、最大1名まで追加することができます（本人含め最大3名までバックステージに入れます）。
注意事項.8	一眼レフ等のカメラで撮影する場合は、事前に後日解放する撮影許可申請を行っていただきます。また、ホール内での撮影に関しては、こちらも後日アップする撮影ガイドラインに沿って指定の場所より撮影してください。
注意事項.9	コンテスト前日26日及び、当日27日の選手集合は時間厳守でお願いいたします。

Precautions

Cautionary Note.1	At Belle Salle Shibuya Garden, where Tokyo Pro will be held, the NPC Worldwide Regional Show will be held all day on the 26th (Sat) and until the afternoon of the 27th (Sun), and a fitness expo will be held on both the 27th and 28th. Therefore, there are a lot of people coming and going in the venue. We ask that you act with a sense of leeway.
Cautionary Note.2	Athlete bibs will be handed out at the pro meeting on the 26th. Please do not lose it.
Cautionary Note.3	There is no coloring in the venue. Only FWJ-designated coloring companies can be used for coloring. For reservations, etc., please contact the designated supplier directly. ～Professional athletes staying near the Belsalle Shibuya Garden～ The official coloring salon『Vogue』will perform the treatment at a location within a 3-minute walk of the Bellesalle Shibuya Garden. Period: Aug.25,26,27（3 days） (Details will be provided at the time of booking) *Please contact the salon directly yourself to make an appointment for coloring.
Cautionary Note.4	The contest will be held in the order of “Bikini” and “Men’s Physique”, both in the order of “Free Pose (posing routine)” and “Comparative Judging (judging)”.
Cautionary Note.5	Each athlete has one minute for free poses (posing routine).
Cautionary Note.6	”1 backstage support person” and “1 spectator ticket A seat” are included free of charge for 1 participating pro athlete. Backstage support neck straps and wristbands, spectator tickets and wristbands will be handed out at the pro meeting on the 27th. Please do not lose it.
Cautionary Note.7	One backstage support person can be either a pump-up support person or a photographer. If you wish to add an additional backstage support person, you may do so by paying 10,000 yen (tax included) in cash at check-in on the 27th (up to 3 persons including the person in question can be backstage).
Cautionary Note.8	If you wish to take photographs with a single-lens reflex camera or other camera, you must apply in advance for a photography permit, which will be released at a later date. For photography in the hall, please follow the photography guidelines, which will be uploaded at a later date, and take photos from designated areas.
Cautionary Note.9	Please be punctual on the 26th, the day before the show and on the 27th, the day of the show.
