Athlete check-in on the 23rd should be at 12:20 pm on the basement level of the venue.
(Take the escalator to the left of the entrance to the basement)
After that, “PRESS CONFERENCE＆MEET THE JAPAN PRO” will be held. - One ticket to the JAPAN PRO and one backstage pass will be included for each professional athlete participating. Up to 2 backstage pass supporters will be allowed,The second person must have a backstage 15,000 yen + spectator ticket.

Official coloring salons are listed at the bottom of the page Inquiries should be made by individual athletes.
The excessive application of oils, moisturizers, skin creams, tanning creams and like products is prohibited and may be used only in moderation. The application of tanning products must produce a natural tone so as to give the appearance of a natural tan. Products that produce an unnaturally colored tone, with an orange, yellow, red, green or gold hue, are prohibited. Bronzing agents that produce a metallic look are also prohibited. - 【Regarding video recording.】 Only smartphones and tablet devices are allowed; nothing related to live-streaming (Instagram stories and Tiktok are not allowed). (*This is in violation of trademark rights.) It is OK to publish the filmed images on YouTube, Insta-story, etc. after the next day of the competition. (*Focusing on the category in which the athlete you are supporting is allowed, but please refrain from filming the entire contest for an extended period of time (even if the total time is long). (The same applies if the total time is long.) Monopods and tripods are not permitted. *Please refrain from taking photos that are offensive to public order and morals. Please refrain from filming at a height that would inconvenience surrounding visitors. Taking video/still images with SLR cameras, video cameras, etc. (including Gopro and the like) is not permitted. No one other than those wearing the bibs distributed by the organizer's office will be allowed to take pictures.
During the below schedule, the EVOLGEAR Tokyo Showroom (training gear) is open to all athletes participating in the event.
Schedule: Mon 18th - Sun 24th November 2024
Hours: 1hr per athlete (Reservation required)
Location: FWJ Office
Fees: Free
